We’ll confirm that we’ve received your order and payment, and then we let the seller know immiediately. If you gift is personalised or you need a bespoke service, our seller may be in touch via email to work with you on your gift. Once your parcel is posted, we’ll be in touch again to confirm dispatch.

Delivery & Shipping
UK & Ireland Shipping
Shpping is FREE for all UK and Northern Ireland orders. We also charge a small fee of 3Euro for Replublic of Ireland orders.
All deliveries are made by either Parcel Force, Royal Mail or a private courier service.
Deliveries should all arrive betwen the hours of 9:00am and 6:30pm and will be delivered with your normal post. Both shipping & delivery of your parcel can be on business days, Monday to Friday, or a Saturday.
European & Worldwide Shipping
Not only to we ship to the UK and Ireland, we also ship to Europe & worldwide. We may get in contact after you have placed your order to let you know about any additional shipping charges, if any.
Returns / Refunds / Exchanges
Our policy lasts 14 days. If you are not completely satisfied with the goods, simply return them to the Early Years Boutique within 14 days of receipt and post to TEYBoutique, 8 Glenogland Gardens, Belfast, BT170JE. We will issue a full refund or exchange as soon as possible after the order has been cancelled. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If you return an item due to an error on our part, we will happily refund you the full value of the goods.
You cannot return goods if they have been personalised specifically for you; where, in our opinion you have not taken care of the goods, if you have made a spelling mistake on your order and it has already been sent to production or if you have a change of mind,.
We do not provide refunds on gift vouchers.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
We recommend that you send the parcel back using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods, as we cannot accept responsibility for items damaged or lost in the post
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you more information
Where do I enter my discount code?First you need to add some items into your shopping basket. Let's say your an expert online shopper and you have already done this part. Now, you must go to your cart and click on the 'checkout' button. Here, you will get the chance to create a new account or sign into your existing account. Don't worry, we've made this ultra easy to do in seconds using Facebook /Twitter.
After you have either signed into your existing account, or created a new account, you will automatically be directed to the Paypal screen. Don't worry if you don't have a Paypal account, you can still use your debit / credit card here. On the final screen, after the Paypal part, you will get the chance to review your order, enter your discount code and finally place your order.
My Different Delivery Address is different, what do I do?
During checkout, you will be able to specify a delivery address. This can be different from the billing address. We are also happy to ship to another address, if you email us & let us know in time.
What happens if my product is Out of Stock?
Delivery can be delayed slightly if an item is out of stock. If this is the case, we will email you to let you know.
As shipping rates vary worldwide, we may have to contact you to advise you of extra postal charges. It may also take longer to deliver outside of the UK, Ireland and Europe. What happens if I do not receive my order?
If you do not receive your Products within 9 days, you must email us within 10 days of the date on which your ordered the Products, otherwise we shall have no liability to you.
We reserve the right to wait up to 10 working days from the date of dispatch before replacing an undelivered item.
What if I need to cancel my order?
For most items, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receiving the goods. However, this does not apply to certain items, which we have made, personalised or customised specifically for you. It does not apply to any goods, which have been opened.
Order cancellations must be made via email, quoting your order number, within 7 working days beginning the day after the day on which the item is delivered.
If you wish to cancel your order you can notify us by email to email@example.com before we have dispatched the goods to you or: Where goods have already been dispatched to you, the goods must be returned to us in accordance with the 'Returns' section below.
What if I miss spell a name?
Please note: In order to provide a fast service some products are immediately sent for production. Please check your order on screen and the confirmation email carefully as we cannot refund products, which have been mis-spelt.
We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time and issue a full refund.
The provisions of this clause do not affect your statutory rights.
What happens if I receive the wrong item?
If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact customer care quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.

If the item you received is faulty, please contact our customer care team quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. If the item is faulty, please return it to us within 30 days of receipt. Refunds cannot be given if the fault is as a result of misuse.
The colour of the product you receive may not match the colour as displayed by our website on your computer monitor. Please be aware that if colour is important to you, your order is placed at your own risk.
We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item should be returned with its original packaging.
While we endeavour to ensure that this Website is normally available 24 hours a day, we will not be liable if for any reason this Website is unavailable at any time or for any period.
